I am under debt councelling since Aug 2008. I made my payments every single month to the debt councellor. I never ever lapsed one month. Because Nedbank has not receive all the payments monthly because it were payed over in bulk, they reverse our Debt Review, in other words they take us off from Debt Review. The Debt Councellor was in court with Nedbank regarding this case for the 4th time. Nedbank just issue summonses to reposses all our goods. But they still grabbing the money thats been paid over to them monthly. They even send out a Valuator on Friday to value our property for selling. How can any body understand it????
